SLAM's musicians are some of the most talented professionals in the region. With decades of experience, we know what it takes to make your event a success. Their specialty is party dance music with an edge, but if you require a quiet dinner or listening set, they can accommodate that too. SLAM has the ability, equipment, and most importantly the professional attitude to do whatever it takes to make sure you are completely satisfied. SLAM's lineup includes two featured male and female vocalists keyboards, guitar, bass, drums and percussion. Every member has lead and background vocal abilities.

Lead Vocals Percussion: Calvin Walker
International recording artist, vocalist, musician composer, producer, and former Northwest Music Association vocalist of the year. Calvin has performed in Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Los Angeles, Montreal and most major metropolitan cities throughout the states. Calvin provides a soulful and dynamic presence that is the very foundation of "SLAM."

Lead Vocals: Lori Breeze
A Nashville and Northwest recording artist, Lori has sung professionally since the age of fifteen, performing at clubs, cabaret, and the stage. She has performed with great Northwest bands such as Uptown and Exposed. Lori is versatile enough to cover the best soul, rock or country diva. Pure energy, power and passion describe Lori's voice.

Drum kit, percussion and vocals: Keith Mikami
From the islands, Keith has played all the major hotels in Honolulu and the outer islands, as well as Las Vegas, Reno and the greater Northwest. Keith has a very dynamic and diversified playing style. He has performed with Don Ho, the band Island and Roots 66 the infamous Doors tribute band.

Guitar: Michael Richardson
Screamin' solos, funky riffs, razor edged Rock and Roll, describe Michael's awesome guitar ability. Michael was leader and manager of the international band VIVAD, completing two world tours.

Keyboards: Michael Metz
Michael is an astonishing talent who has performed and recorded with various national and regional acts along the West Coast. Michael's credits include working with artist such as, Kenny G., Charles Patton, Patrick Lamb, SWV, and Andy Stokes to name a few. Michael delivers the cool flavorful sounds and harmonies that make "SLAM" such an outstanding band.

Bass and vocals: Norman Young
From Seattle, Norm has been performing in clubs, casinos and casuals throughout the Northwest for over 20 years. His playing style ranges from gutsy rock, thumb-slapping funk, to cool jazz. He provides the solid backbone to the "SLAM" rhythm section.
